What is Konnect?
Konnect is a international calling app , which you can use for calling any landline or mobile no in India or select countries, once you are outside India. Konnect will not allow you to make calls from within India to anywhere.
How to buy Konnect calling plan?
You can buy Konnect calling plan either as an add-on service with Roam1 roaming SIM or independently through
our website www.roam1.com. For details either contact Roam1 customer care or visit our website.
What happens
What if I don't get email with registration credentials?
In case your purchase of Konnect was successful and you haven't got registration email, kindly contact our
customer care.
For how long can I use Konnect?
You can make calls from Konnect as per plan details and validity.
How much data is used in Konnect call?
1 hour of call will use approximately 50 MB of data. The actual usage may vary based on data connection on your
device.
How can I receive incoming calls on Konnect?
You need to buy incoming call service, also called “Konnect DID”. Anyone calling on Konnect DID no will be able to
reach you, in case you phone is on and Konnect app is installed and running. For buying Konnect DID, contact our
customer care.
What does Konnect cost?
Konnect download is free. It can be downloaded from Google Playstore, Apple Store. Calling from Konnect is
enabled after you buy a Konnect calling plan,
What happens after I buy Konnect plan?
You would get an email within 24 hours of buying Konnect plan, giving you registration credentials. You need to
register Konnect app using these credentials. Registration process would be covered in the email.
Where all can I call using Konnect?
You can call using Konnect only from the country for which you have purchased the plan. You can call all countries
covered in your plan. You can not make any calls from within India.
What do I need for using Konnect?
You need a mobile or wifi data connection with atleast 3G speeds.
What if I am unable to make calls using Konnect , after buying Konnect plan?
First kindly check you have active mobile or wifi data connection of 3G speed or higher. Second, check whether
Konnect has been registered as per instructions provided in email. Third, ensure your calling is covered in Konnect
plan purchased. If answer to above 3 steps is yes, kindly get in touch with our customer care.
