These plans are not valid for use, while on a cruise or flight. Usage during a cruise or a flight is charged at high rates at the discretion of the cruise lines/ airlines.
The tariff and rates mentioned on it are applicable for SIM cards sold.
The above plans are valid only for use in the mentioned countries. Any usage made outside the mentioned countries, is subject to standard roaming rates as applicable by the networks.
The above plans are valid for the validity period mentioned, in case the trip is extended beyond the mentioned validity, the plan charges/rental will be applied at higher rates.
The incoming caller number will be passed on to the customer subject to availability of the same from the other service provider.
Data/GPRS services are active on all SIM cards & cannot be deactivated. In case you do not wish to consume data, we would recommend switching off data facility on your handset.
The data packs are valid for validity mentioned. In case the trip is extended beyond the validity period, the pack charges will get rolled over.
In case of data packs, overage will be charged at pay per usage rate, once the bundle is exhausted. Data overage cannot be blocked in case of data packs/add-on & are liable to be paid.
Using data for watching videos, making VoIP calls, sending pictures/videos on chat and navigation can consume lot of MBs.
Data/GPRS will be billed in 100KB or per MB block whichever applicable.
Calls to Toll Free Numbers/Directory Enquires/and other value added services to the country of travel are chargeable at a premium rate.
SIM card / Handset both to be returned within 2-3 days of the expected return date conveyed by the user on the Rental Agreement Form. Rent of INR 75 per day would be applicable, post 3 days. In case return date changes, you are requested to intimate ROAM1 via email/Call.
The Customer has to give a security deposit as agreed/contracted.
In case of loss of SIM card & handset the user / corporate is requested to intimate ROAM1 ASAP so that the SIM card can be blocked. The usage on the SIM till it is blocked, is the customer’s liability. Also the user / corporate is liable for the lost charges as per our norm.
